Email Standards Project

2009 at 4:43 pm in General \ Web Standards \ XHTML & CSSComments Off

Anyone who has ever tried to design an email template will know where I am going with this. It seems that until now, there has never been a set of standards to abide by when designing emails. Sure, we can follow our web design standards as closely as we normally would, but since current email clients support different HTML tags & CSS properties, how can we be sure we are all getting the same result? This is where the Email Standards Project comes in.
